What is your fee?

• I charge $250 for elopements and $400 for a full custom ceremony with rehearsal. I am happy to work within your budget, especially if you are BIPOC, LGBTQ+, low-income, etc.

Will you travel outside of Southern California?

• Assuming I am available, I would love to officiate your out-of-state wedding. I just ask that you pay for airfare/travel and lodging.

What kind of weddings will you perform?

• I am a minister in the United Church of Christ. In our denomination, we often use the phrase "Whoever you are or wherever you are on life's journey, you are welcome here." I seek to embody this sentiment by meeting you where you are. Religious? I'd love to honor your religious identities in your ceremony! Spiritual? I love incorporating Earth, Spirit, and Community language into ceremonies. Non-religious? Let's celebrate Love as our one great universal truth!

Are you LGBTQ+ affirming?

• Absolutely! No 'if's, 'and's, or 'but's! I accept you for exactly who you are and want to celebrate your relationship and commitment fully! 

Do you stay for the reception?

• Only if invited! There is no obligation to invite me and/or my spouse to your reception.

What will you wear?

• I will try to match your theme/vibe. I have a white robe and a black robe. I have stoles of almost any color you may want. I am also happy to wear a solid color with no religious attire.

Do you do funerals and other rituals?

• I do! I preside over funerals and baby dedications. If you'd like to contact me about another kind of ceremony, please do!
